Cheapest unlimited eSIM for Germany? From €5.35 for 3 days (October 2026)

Roam2Go’s unlimited eSIM for Germany starts from €5.35 for 3 days: the most practical way to stay connected without overpaying. Whether you’re travelling from outside the European area — or you simply want unlimited data without touching your usual plan — you’ll find plans for 3, 5, 7 days and more, all with a fixed price in euros and no surprises.

Who is this eSIM for?

Within the European Union and the European Economic Area, many operators already offer roam like at home: you can use your domestic plan at no extra cost. But if you’re coming from the United States, the United Kingdom, Latin America, Asia or any country outside the EEA, international roaming can be expensive — or simply not available.

This eSIM is also ideal for European travellers who’d rather not use up their home plan’s allowance and want a dedicated data package for their trip to Germany, with no risk of running out of data halfway through their visit.

In short, you’ll get great value from it if:

• Your usual operator charges extra for roaming in Germany.
• You want unlimited data without eating into your home plan’s allowance.
• You prefer to know exactly what you’ll pay before you leave.

Unlimited plans for Germany: 3, 5 and 7 days (and more)

Roam2Go offers a range of unlimited plan durations to suit every type of trip: a long weekend, a week of business travel or a month-long stay. Here are the real prices for the available unlimited plans:

How do the unlimited plans work?

Unlimited plans include a daily high-speed data allowance. Once that allowance is used up, the connection remains active but at a reduced speed until it resets the following day. There is no service cut-off: you can keep using your phone for WhatsApp, maps or email without any interruption. For most travellers, this is more than enough for everyday use.

If your trip is short — a weekend in Berlin or a few days in Munich — the 3- or 5-day plan is usually the most cost-effective option. For stays of a week or more, the 7-day plan or above will save you any worry. If your route continues into the Netherlands, there’s a separate guide on the unlimited eSIM for the Netherlands.

Fixed-data plans: when unlimited isn’t necessary

If your usage is moderate — occasional browsing, maps and messaging — a fixed-data plan may be perfectly sufficient and more affordable. Roam2Go also offers specific data options for Germany:

You’ll find even more fixed-data options on the product page. If you’re not sure how much data you need, think about your typical usage: video streaming, long video calls and data-heavy social media tend to consume more; messaging and maps, considerably less.
